【摘要】 目的 探讨变态反应性支气管肺曲菌病(ABPA)的临床特点。方法 回顾性分析4例ABPA的临床表现、发病机制、影像学表现、诊断和治疗的特点。结果 4例病人,女2例，男2例,平均年龄37~70岁,长期被误诊，均有不同程度的咳嗽、咳痰，进行性呼吸困难，听诊可闻及湿性啰音，胸部CT显示中心性支气管扩张，外周血嗜酸粒细胞增高，血清总IgE高，血清IgE-Af及IgG-Af均升高，烟曲菌抗原皮内试验呈速发反应阳性。2例患者用激素及伊曲康唑口服治疗以后，症状明显减轻，肺功能明显改善。结论 掌握ABPA的临床特点、诊断和鉴别诊断并不困难。
