     [摘要] 目的：分析CT检查在诊断鼻骨骨折中的作用。方法：对同时行普通X线和冠状位CT检查的40例疑似病例进行回顾分析。结果：40例病例中冠状位CT诊断28例骨折，优于普通X线诊断20例，冠状位CT不仅能显示哪侧骨折而且能显示骨折移位情况，对复位起指导作用，结合横断位扫描能显示鼻区并发症。结论：冠状位CT扫描不仅可以提高鼻骨骨折的诊断率而且能对复位起指导作用。

    The Function of CT Examination to Diagnose the Nasal Bone Fracture

    Abstract:Objective To study the Function of CT examination to diagnose the nasal bone fracture.Methods Normal Xray examination and coronal CT examinationin 40 doubtful cases of nasal bone fracture were retrospectively analyzed.Results The coronal CT examination showed 28 cases of nasal bone fracture better than normal Xray examination(20 cases) in 40 cases,the coronal CT examination can show not only which nasal bone fractured,but also how the fracture shifted.It is useful to direct fracture recovery.Meanwhile,it can shownasal region complication by combining coronal and axial CT scan.Conclusion The coronal CT scan can not only improve the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture,but also direct fracture recovery. ......
