    摘要 目的 分析利用吻合神经的邻指皮瓣修复手指指腹缺损的临床应用效果。方法 利用带有指固有神经背侧支的邻指皮瓣修复手指指腹缺损45例52指，将皮瓣所附带的指固有神经背侧支与创面的指固有神经残端吻合。结果 所有术指皮瓣均成活，随访1~5个月,手指外形及感觉恢复良好。两点分辨率为5~10mm。结论 吻合神经的邻指皮瓣修复手指指腹缺损具有设计合理、切取和转移方便、成活率高等优点，修复后组织结构、厚度、韧性、色泽与原组织相近，是值得推广的方法。

    FINGER PULP DEFECTS REPAIR WITH ANASTOMOSED NERVOUS ISLAND FINGER FLAP:A REPORT OF 52 CASES

    Abstract Objective To report the clinical effect of repaired finger pulp defects with anastomosed nervous island finger flaps. Methods The finger pulp defects of 52 fingers in 45 cases were repaired with dorsal branches of the proper digital nervous island finger flaps，and anastomosted nervous flaps with nerves of injured finger. Results All flaps survived. It showed satisfactory results in shape and function, all the cases were followed-up for 1~5 months, two point discrimination was 5-10mm. Conclusion Finger pulp defects repair with anastomosed nervous island finger flaps has much advantage , such as reasonable design, easily be cut and transferred and higher survival rate.It is identical with primary organization in organize structure, thickness, toughness and colour and luster after the restoration and be proved to have clinical value. ......
