妇康颗粒质量标准研究

     摘要:目的建立了妇康颗粒的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的生地黄、墨旱莲、益母草和地骨皮进行了定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。结果在TLC色谱中均能检出生地黄、墨旱莲、益母草和地骨皮;芍药苷含量测定方法的线性范围为0~0.562 5 μg(r=0.999 7,n=7),芍药苷的平均回收率为100.07%(RSD=1.25%,n=6),含量限度芍药苷不少于7 mg·g1。结论 所建立的方法能准确地进行定性、定量检测,可作为妇康颗粒的质量控制标准。
