【摘要】 目的 探讨洛赛克治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的疗效。方法 将经胃镜确诊为十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的60例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例，给予洛赛克40mg，静脉滴注，2次/d，连用5天；对照组30例，给予雷尼替丁100mg，静脉滴注，2次/d，连用5天；比较这两种抑酸剂对十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为96.7%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 洛赛克治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血有很高的止血率，无明显副作用，是治疗十二指肠球部溃疡并出血的一种安全、有效的药物，值得临床推广使用。

    A study on the effect of losec on duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of losec on duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage.Methods Sixty patients with duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage diagnosed by gastroscope were randomised into two groups,control group and treatment group.Each group was 30 patients.The treatment group received losec 40mg iv gtt bid,while the control group was treated with ranitidine 100mg iv gtt bid,five days later,compare the effects of losec and ranitidine on duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.7% and 70.0%,there was significance between them (P<0.05).Conclusion For those patients with duodenal ulcer and hemorrhage,losec is a safe and effective medicine and worth spreading in clinic,which has high hemostatic role and no apparent side effect. ......
