摘要：目的探讨湖北麦冬种质改良的途径。方法利用茎尖分生组织离体培养技术再生植株。结果茎尖外植体愈伤组织诱导，不定芽分化与增殖的适宜培养基为MS+BA(1.0~2.0)mg/L+IBA(0.1~0.3)mg/L;生根适宜培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1或IBA0.1~0.3或IAA0.3。结论初步试验湖北麦冬茎尖再生植株生产性状优于当地品种。

    The Technological Research on in vitro Culture from Stem Tip of Liriope spicata var.prolifera Y.T.Ma
