[摘 要] 目的：分析心理支持的介入在护理妊娠剧吐患者时的作用。方法：对我院43例妊娠剧吐患者进行分组观察，采用改善治疗环境、耐心讲解、主动和患者交流、配合家属工作等方式进行对比恢复或缓解剧吐症状。结果：观察组的患者住院天数明显少于对照组。结论：对妊娠剧吐患者，病房医务人员须重视患者的心理治疗和家属的心理支持，这样可明显减轻症状。

    Kealize of Gestation's Spitting Tendinf of Mentality

    Abstract：Objective Anslyse the intervenention using mentality in the function of tending the gestation when spitting.Methods We study 43patients using grouping observation in our hospital.We take the method of improving curable environment,saying carefully,talking with the patients and concerting the family numbers to contract and resume the illness.Results The patients inthe observation group are less than in the comparison group.Conclusion We can lighten the sympton clearly if we pay attention to patient’s mentality and the familys’support.
