[摘要]目的:探讨子宫颈癌多药耐药(MDR)基因产物(P_糖蛋白,P_gp)的表达及其意义。方法:采用S_P免疫组化法测定38例子宫颈癌,16例子宫颈上皮内肿瘤(CIN)和16例正常子宫颈组织的P_gp表达。结果:上述组织均有P_gp表达,子宫颈癌强阳性表达率较正常子宫颈组织高(P<005),但与CIN比无统计学意义。P_gp强阳性表达与子宫颈癌临床分期、肿瘤分化程度以及病理组织学类型不相关。结论:子宫颈癌对抗肿瘤药物具有先天耐药性,P_gp阳性表达是子宫颈癌化疗疗效不佳的原因之一。[关键词]子宫颈肿瘤;基因表达;P_糖蛋白;药物耐受性
Expression and significance of P_glycoprotein in Cervical Carcinoma

[Abstract]Objective:To study the expression and significance of P_glycoprotein(P_gp)in cervical carcinoma. Me_thods:The P_gp expression of tissues in 38 cases of cervical carcinoma, 16 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)and 16 cases of normal cervix was detected by S_P immunohistochemical method. Results:The P_gp expression was found in all tissues mentioned above. The strongly positive staining in cervical carcinoma was higher than that of the normal cervix(P<005). Conclusion:There is primary multidrug resistance for cervical carcinoma, the positive expression of P_gp is one of the reasons for chemotherapy failure. ......
