白术的生药学研究

摘要：目的为研究和利用菊科植物白术。方法采用性状鉴定、显微和理化鉴定的方法作系统的生药学研究，并与其常见的混伪品以检索表形式进行鉴别比较。结果白术根茎横切面结构、纤维、菊糖、草酸钙针晶、木栓细胞、石细胞均可作为其鉴别特征。结论可为制定药材质量标准、研究和利用该药资源提供理论依据。关键词：白术； 药材性状； 显微特征

Abstract：ObjectiveTo provide the theoretical basic for studies and utilization of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.MethodsTo make system pharmacognostical studies using macroscopic,microscopic and physiochemical identification.ResultsAtractylodes macrocephala Koidz. transection structure fiber synanthrin,crystalline calcium oxalate,cork cell and stone cell can be regarded as identification character.ConclusionIt can provide theoretical basic for establishing quality standard.
