白英提取物的抗氧化作用研究

     摘要：目的研究白英提取物的抗氧化作用。方法小鼠分别口服给予白英水提取物，1 次/d,连续给药15 d，取血测过氧化物酶(POD )活性，取血、肝、肾测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性，脂质过氧化产物(MDA) 含量。结果白英提取物可显著提高POD 活性及血、肝、肾的SOD 活性，并减少血、肝、肾组织中MDA 的含量。结论白英提取物有提高小鼠体内过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性及减少脂质过氧化产物的抗氧化作用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study on the anti-oxiddant effects of extracts of Solanum lyratum Thunb.MethodsMice were treated by extracts of Solanum lyratum Thunb.one time a day continuously for 15 days. Blood peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levers of blood,liver,kidney were determined. ResultsPOD and SOD significantly increased and MAD decreased in the mice treated with extracts of Solanum lyratum Thunb. ConclusionThe experiment results indicate that extracts of Solanum lyratum Thunb. can increase the activity of POD and SOD and reduce the activity of MAD in the mice. ......
