摘要：目的研究麻黄汤及其拆方组对小鼠自主活动的影响，分析各含麻黄组其作用效果的差异。方法 用L8(27)正交设计法对麻黄汤进行拆方，各组灌胃给药50 min后记录小鼠10 min内自主活动次数，分别用单向方差和正交设计方差分析试验结果。结果麻黄汤各拆方组与阴性对照组相比显著提高了小鼠自主活动次数(P<0.05)，但各拆方组间的差别无显著性(P>0.05)。结论以小鼠自主活动为指标，未能体现麻黄汤各拆方组间的统计学差别。

    The Effects of Herba Ephedrae Decoction and Other Compatibilities on Independent Locomotion of the Mice

    Abstract:ObjectiveStudy the effects of Herba Ephedrae Decotion (HED)and other compatibilities with Herba Ephedrae on locomotion of the mice, and analyze the difference of each compatibility. MethodsUse L8(27) orthogonal design to split the compatibility of HED and register the number of the independent activity of the mice in 10 minutes after irrigation 50 minutes. The results of each group were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and variances analysis of the orthogonal design.ResultsEach group of HED has significantly enhanced the independent activity of the mice compared with the control group(P<0.05), but the difference between each compatibility of HED was not significant(P>0.05). ConclusionUsing the independent activity as the pharmacology index, the difference between each compatibility of HED was not significant(P>0.05). ......
