【摘要】 目的 探讨X线、DR侧位片及CT在鼻骨骨折检查中的作用。方法 通过对50例鼻骨骨折患者分别行X线侧位片、DR及CT检查，由3位放射科医生对影像进行分析。结果 CT确诊的50例鼻骨骨折中，X线平片只显示了19例阳性，DR显示了32例阳性，而鼻区骨折X线、DR侧位片均未显示。结论 鼻骨骨折普通X线、DR侧位片只应作为简单初步的检查，以防漏诊。DR片由于综合信息高在实际工作中可以替代普通X线平片，CT检查是鼻骨骨折最佳的影像学检查方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate X-ray film,DR film and CT scanning for diagnosis of nasal bone fracture and their clinical significance.Methods The findings of X-ray film,DR film and CT film of 56 patients with fracture of nasal bone were analyzed by 3 radiologists.Results CT scanning could define all the fracture of nasal bone,19 cases were diagnosed by X-ray film and 32 cases by DR film.Conclusion The X-ray film and DR film of nasal bone fracture only achieve simple diagnosis,DR can replace X-ray radiate,CT is the best imageologic method for nasal bone fracture. ......
