疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝的临床分析

     [摘要] 目的：探讨充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝经验。方法：回顾性分析我们自2001年6月到2004年12月采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝43例的临床资料。结果：全组无复发，术后阴囊积液1例。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年巨大腹股沟斜疝，复发率极低，创伤小，恢复快，无不适感，并发症少。

    Clinical Analysis of Tensionfree Meshplug Repair in Treatment of Senile Giant Inguianal Hernia

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate experience of tensionfree meshplug hernia repair in the treatment of senile giant inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 43 cases of senile giant inguinal hernia subject to tensionfree meshplug hernia repair,The patients were followed up for 648 months,average 20 months.Results All patients were cured by tensionfree meshpulg hernia repair.Complications occurred in 1 case.No recurrence was reported.Conclusion Patients with senile giant inguinal hernia who under go tensionfree meshplug hernia repair have lower rate,Less postoperative pain and return to normal activity and works sooner.This procedure may have fewer complications with perfect management. ......
