     [摘要] 目的了解某部队官兵心理健康状况与业绩的关系。方法将某部队1 204名官兵的SCL90测试结果与业绩进行相关分析。结果 SCL90各因子分及总分、阳性项目数均与业绩呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论心理健康水平对业绩有显著影响。

    The relationship between psychological health status and achievement in the certain army personnel

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence of the psychological health condition on the achievements in the certain personnel. Methods 1 204 officers and soldiers were tested with the Symptom Checklist90 and their achievements were assessed. Results There were obvious negative correlations between each factor score, the total score, the positive item number and the achievements (P<0.01). Conclusions The psychological health level of the army personnel have significant effect on their achievements.
