     摘要：目的优选清肝胶囊水提工艺的最佳条件。方法应用正交实验设计，以浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量为综合指标。结果优选出最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水，浸泡3 h，煎煮4次，2 h/次。结论该工艺稳定性好，浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量高，适合工业生产。

    Optimization of Process for Water Extraction of Qing Gan Capsule

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo optimize the conditions for the water extraction of Qing Gan Capsule.MethodsThe extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the extract yield and astragaloside Ⅳ content as markers.ResultsThe optimum process was : add 12 times water, soak for 3 hours, decoct 4 times and 2 hours every time.ConclusionThis process is stable. Extract yield and astragaloside Ⅳ content is higher and this procession is suitable for production.
