【摘要】 目的 通过超声常规基波显像(FI)与组织谐波显像(THI)的对比观察，探讨THI在腹盆腔疾病诊断中的价值。方法 对254例腹盆腔疾病先后行FI和THI检查，结果与最终诊断结果对比，评价两种检查方法的价值。结果 在超声诊断囊性病变、实质性病变、空腔脏器隆起性病变及结石等方面，THI明显优于FI。经统计学分析，差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结论 本研究表明THI有利于腹盆腔疾病的超声诊断。

    Applications of ultrasound tissue harmonic imaging in diagnosing abdominal and pelvic lesions

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of tissue harmonic imaging (THI) in abdominal and pelvic lesions by comparing with conventional fundamental imaging (FI).Methods 188 patients were examined by FI and THI succeedingly.The author compared the results of their diagnosis and analyzed their value.Results THI was superior to FI in ultrasound diagnosis of cystic lesions,material lesions,ridgy lesions and stones.There were great statistical significance between THI and FI (P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical application of THI in 188 cases shows that THI is helpful for the diagnosis of abdominal and pelvic lesions. ......
