【摘要】 目的 研究骨关节病的进程与关节软骨中Ⅹ型胶原代谢改变的关系。方法 取15例OA患者和5例正常对照者(均为50～60岁之间)的关节软骨。以Northern杂交、RT-PCR和Western杂交，检测各组样品Ⅹ型胶原的表达和代谢状况。结果 Northern杂交与RT-PCR的结果均显示OA患者的关节软骨细胞中Ⅹ型胶原在mRNA水平有显著升高。只是Northern杂交结果的差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；而RT-PCR结果的差异仅是有显著性(P<0.05)。Western杂交可见OA患者的关节软骨基质中，Ⅹ型胶原的含量上升。但对比各组样品中mRNA与蛋白水平的变化趋势，其间并无显著的相关性(P>0.05)。结论 骨关节病患者的关节软骨中，Ⅹ型胶原的代谢失调，导致基质组分发生改变，最终使软骨组织结构脆弱，易于崩解。
