利培酮对儿童精神分裂症患者心电图的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨利培酮对儿童精神分裂症患者心电图的影响。 方法 将120例儿童精神分裂症患者随机分为利培酮组和氯氮平组各60例。于治疗前和治疗第2、4、8w末检查心电图情况，并进行比较分析。结果 治疗前两组心电图均正常。治疗后利培酮组异常率(38/180，21.1%)明显低于氯氮平组(73/180，40.6%)，差异极显著 (χ2=15.96,P<0.01)。显著异常时段为第4w末。两组均以窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐和STT改变多见，但利培酮组窦性心动过速和STT改变发生率明显低于氯氮平组，而窦性心律不齐明显高于氯氮平组。 结论 利培酮致儿童心电图异常率较氯氮平低，且程度轻。【关键词】 精神分裂症；儿童；利培酮；氯氮平；心电图
Effects of risperidone on electrocardiogram of child schizophrenics

【Abstract】 Objective To expore effects of risperidone on electrocardiogram(ECG) of child schizophrenics. Methods 120 child schizophrenics were randomly divided into risperidone and clozapine group( each n=60).Before treatment and at the ends of the 2nd, 4th and 8th week of treatment, ECGs were conducted and compared for the 2 groups. Results Before treatment, ECGs of both 2 groups were normal. After treatment, abnormal rate of the risperidone (21.1%) was significantly lower than that of the clozapine group(40.6%),and difference was the most significant(P<0.01). Obvious abnormality occurred at the end of the 4th week. Sinus tachycardia, sinus arrhythmia and STT change were common in both the 2 groups, but incidence rate of sinus tachycardia or STT change were lower and that of sinus arrhythmia higher in the risperidone than in the clozapine group. Conclusion Rate of the ECG abnormality caused by risperidone was lower and milder. ......
