     [摘要] 目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲的手术方法和手术疗效。方法：采用常规切口，经鼻内窥镜引导，行鼻中隔高位、后段偏曲矫正术。结果：对86例术后患者半年以上的疗效观察表明，该手术方法可有效地矫正高位、后段的中隔偏曲，改善患者的鼻腔通气、嗅觉，减少鼻腔术后粘连的发生和鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的复发。结论：该法与传统的鼻中隔矫正术相比，具有疗效良好、并发症小、安全性高等优点，在临床上值得推广应用。
