【摘 要】 目的 分析老年肺结核患者并发院内肺部双重感染的临床特点，探讨早期诊断与治疗方法。 方法 回顾并分析4年我科收治的891例老年肺结核患者中合并院内肺部双重感染137例患者的临床表现、X线及其实验室检查资料。 结果 并发院内肺部双重感染的137例老年肺结核患者占同期入院的老年患者15.4%，经积极治疗后126例患者临床症状迅速好转，仅死亡11例，治愈率达91.9%。 结论 并发院内肺部双重感染的老年肺结核患者，能否早期诊断、及时预防及修改治疗方案是减少死亡、提高治愈率的关键。
