【摘 要】 目的 探讨如何减少广泛肠切除，避免短肠综合征的发生，保护肠道功能。 方法 总结分析28例实行广泛肠切除患者的临床资料。 结果 切除空肠6例，空、回肠7例，回肠6例，回肠、回盲部5例，结、直肠4例，平均切除肠管长度120.4cm。28例中治愈25例，死亡3例。术后并发症:切口裂开2例，肠管再次坏死2例，慢性腹泻5例，体重轻度下降10例。 结论 及时影像学检查，采用合理灵活的手术方式，珍惜肠管，可以减少肠管的丢失。
