【摘要】 目的 探讨生活事件对巡警心理健康的影响。 方法 对205名巡警采用症状自评量表和生活事件量表进行心理状态评定和生活事件调查分析，并与国内常摸比较。 结果 共发放问卷205份，收回有效问卷198份。症状自评量表总分及躯体化、抑郁和焦虑因子分均高于国内常模(P<0.05)；已婚警察生活事件总分、中性事件分和工作情况分均高于未婚警察；中专以上学历警察的负性生活事件和人际关系因子分高于高中以下学历警察(P<0.05)；生活事件发生率位居前三位的依次为工作情况、学习情况和家庭情况。 结论 巡警的心理问题比较突出，以躯体化、焦虑、抑郁情绪为显著。【关键词】 生活事件；心理卫生；SCL90；巡警

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Influences of life events on mental health of patrol policemen. Methods Assessments of mental conditions and investigation of life events were conducted with the Symptom Checklist90(SCL90) and Life Events Scale(LES) in 205 patrol policeman, and compared with national norm. Results 205 questionnaires were given out and 198 effective recalled. The total score and scores of somatization, depression and anxiety were all higher than those of the norm(P<0.05). The total score of life events, scores of neutral life events and working situations were higher in married policemen than in unmarried ones; scores of negative life events and interpersonal relationship were higher in the policemen with educational background of technical secondary school and upwards than in ones with high school and downwards(P<0.05); The first three incidences of life events were work, study and family. Conclusion Patrol policemen have more marked psychoproblems, especially somatizaton, anxious and depressive emotions. ......
