【摘要】 目的 优化黄精多糖的提取工艺。方法 通过正交实验,用硫酸苯酚法测定多糖的含量,以多糖含量的高低来筛选多糖提取条件。结果 黄精多糖的最佳提取条件为:温度80℃,固液比1∶15,时间4h,pH=7。结论 在温度为80℃、固液比为1∶15、时间为4h、pH=7.0时,黄精多糖的提取率最高;通过酶+SEVAG试剂法除蛋白质,并且在粉末状活性炭用量为15%,煮沸时间为15min时脱色后可以得到较纯的黄精多糖。【关键词】 黄精;多糖类;植物提取物;正交实验
Study on the process of extracting polysaccharide from polygonatum sibiricum red

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the process of polygonatum sibiricum red polysaccharide extraction.Methods Find out the best conditions of polysaccharide extraction by having done orthogonal test and having counted the content of polysaccharide with the method of vitriol and phenol.Results The best conditions for polygonatum sibiricum red polysaccharide extracting are as follows:temperature 80℃,ratio of solid-liquid 1∶15,the duration of time 4h and pH 7.Conclusion The ratio of polygonatum sibiricum Red polysaccharide extracting is the best condition in the conditions of temperature 80℃ ......
