【摘 要】 目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的方法。 方法 对1998～2003年在我院治疗的胫骨平台骨折资料进行回顾分析。 结果 对34例患者随访9～36个月，按照雍氏评级标准:优18例，良10例，可5例，差1例，优良率达82.4%。 结论 切开复位内固定，必要时植骨是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。同时应注意少数病例合并有韧带损伤，以免误诊。
