大鼠颈部异位心脏移植急性排斥反应的早期病理变化

     [摘要]目的观察并比较同种同基因和异基因大鼠心脏移植术后早期急性排斥反应的病理改变的动态变化，进一步了解急性排斥反应相关的机理。方法建立大鼠颈部心脏移植模型，采用HE染色的方法，观察术后不同时间移植心脏的病理改变。结果同基因大鼠心脏移植组术后1、3、5天心肌可见轻度水肿，心肌细胞结构正常，无变性坏死。异基因大鼠术后病理检查显示排斥反应显著，组织学分级在3A级以上。结论同基因大鼠心脏移植术后无移植排斥反应发生，异基因大鼠术后3~5天是发生急性排斥反应的高峰期，尤以第5天明显。
