【摘要】 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂(TIMP-1,TIMP-2)在人脑星形细胞的肿瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常组织和52例星形细胞肿瘤组织中MMP-2、TIMP-1和TIMP-2的表达情况。结果 MMP-2、TIMP-1、TIMP-2在正常脑组织中阳性着色只位于内皮细胞胞浆和基底膜;在星形细胞肿瘤中,还见于部分瘤细胞的胞浆。52例不同病理级别星形细胞肿瘤中MMP2、TIMP-1、TIMP-2阳性表达率(χ2=6.222~10.185,P<0.05)和阳性表达强度(H=7.966~10.353,P<0.05)差异均具有显著性。结论 MMP-2、TIMP-1和TIMP-2在星形细胞肿瘤中的表达与星形细胞肿瘤的侵袭性生物学行为的演进密切相关。【关键词】 明胶酶A;基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂;星形细胞瘤
The relationship between expression of MMP-2,TIMP-1,TIMP-2 and the development of the invasion activity in human astrocytoma

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2) in astrocytoma and their ralationship to the development of the invasion activity of human astrocytoma.Methods Expression of MMP-2,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were detected in 10 normal brain cases and 52 cases of astrocytoma by immunonhistochemical(SP)staining using monoclonal mouse.Results Positive staining for MMP-2,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were localized both inside the cytoplasm of part of tumor cells and endothelial cells.In normal brain,MMP-2,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were only detected primarily in endothelial cells.The difference of the expression rate (χ2=6.222~10.185 ......
