【摘要】 目的 探讨氟西汀合并利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效与安全性。 方法 将42例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各21例。研究组应用氟西汀合并利培酮治疗，对照组单一应用利培酮治疗，疗程均为8w。采用SANS评定临床疗效，TESS评定副反应，并进行对照分析。 结果 经8w治疗，研究组SANS评分治疗后各阶段较治疗前明显降低，与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05 或P<0.01)。治疗2、4、8w末TESS评分与治疗前无显著性差异。 结论 氟西汀合并利培酮治疗精神分裂症阴性症状疗效好，副作用少。【关键词】 精神分裂症；阴性症状；氟西汀；利培酮
Combination of risperidone and fluoxetine in negative symptoms of schizophrenia

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of combination of risperidone and fluoxetine in negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Methods 42 patients with mainly negative symptoms were divided into research group(n=21,took combination of risperidone and fluoxetine)and control group(n=21, did single risperidone) for 8 weeks. Curative effects and side reactions were assessed using the Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) respectively. Results After 8 week treatment, the SANS score significantly decreased compared with pretreatment and showed significant difference from the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The TESS scores had no significant difference between posttreatment and pretreatment. Conclusion Combination of fluoxetine and risperidone has better curative effects and fewer side reactions. ......
