中等护理专业学生心理健康状况与述情障碍

     【摘要】 目的探讨中专护理专业学生的心理健康状况与述情障碍的关系。方法对280名中等护理专业二年级学生进行SCL90、TAS测试，对所获资料进行相关分析。结果中等护理学校学生SCL90评分阳性项目数和强迫、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分及TAS总分、因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ分均显著高于国内常模；TAS总分、因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ分和SCL90多项评分呈正相关，而TAS因子Ⅲ分与SCL90多项评分呈负相关。结论中等护理专业学生中存在一定的心理健康问题，应针对性地开展健康教育和咨询。

    Correlation analysis of middling nursing students' mental health and alexithymia

    【Abstract】 objective To understand the mental status of nursing students and investigate the relationship between psychological health and alexithymia. Methods 280 nursing students were investigated with SCL90 and TAS, and the correlation analysis was performed. Results The score of compulsion, anxiety, terror and psychotic subscale of SCL90 were significantly higher than the Chinese norm. The total score, subscore Ⅱand Ⅲ of TAS were significantly higher than the norm too. The total score , subscoreⅠand Ⅱ of TAS were positively correlated with the score of many items of SCL90, and subscore Ⅲ of TAS was negatively correlated with the score of many items of SCL90. Conclusion There are some mental health problems among the nursing students, which have some relations with alexithymia .The mental health education and psychological consultation must be developed. ......
