阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

【摘要】 目的 评价阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂的疗效及安全性。 方法 将60例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组31例和氯氮平组29例。采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表评定于治疗前及治疗第2，4，6w末评定临床疗效与药物不良反应。 结果 两组间阳性与阴性症状量表同期比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。组内治疗前后比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。阿立哌唑有效率83.87%，氯氮平有效率86.21%；阿立哌唑不良反应较氯氮平轻，未发现白细胞减少。结论 阿立哌唑与氯氮平疗效相当，不良反应少且轻，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 精神分裂症；阿立哌唑；氯氮平
A controlled study of aripiprazole vs clozapine in the treatment of firstepisode schizophrenia.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effects and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 60 firstepisode schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole (n=31) and clozapine group(n=29).The clinical therapeutic effectiveness and side effects were assessed with the Positive And Negative Symptom Scales(PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) before treatment and at the ends of the 2nd, 4th and 6th week of treatment, respectively. Results There was no significant difference in comparisons of the corresponding period of the PANSS between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Preand posttreatment comparisons of intragroup both showed the most significant difference(P<0.01). The effective rates of aripiprazole and clozapine were respectively 83.87% and 86.21%, aripiprazole had fewer side effects, and aleucocytosis was not found in this study. Conclusion Aripiprazole has corresponding curative effect with clozapine, fewer and milder side effects, and deserves to be clinically popularized. ......
