【摘 要】 目的 总结经颈椎前路行椎管减压椎体间植骨加带锁钢板内固定治疗下颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤15例的体会。 方法 经颈前路减压后用自体髂骨植入，然后用带锁钛板作内固定。 结果 本组15例患者经过6个月～2年随访观察，所有病例植骨均完全融合，颈椎稳定，脊髓功能恢复满意。 结论 前路减压植骨加带锁钢板固定是治疗下颈椎骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤有效的方法之一。
