【摘要】 目的 探讨司法精神医学鉴定中精神病患者凶杀案的特征，为司法鉴定工作提供科学依据。 方法 对294例凶杀案司法精神医学鉴定资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 各类精神疾病患者占89.80%，其中以精神分裂症、癫痫及癫痫伴发精神障碍、精神发育迟滞、人格障碍、抑郁性障碍多见。中青年作案占74.15%，农民作案占74.49%。受害人中家庭成员与熟人占86.39%。 结论 加强精神卫生知识的宣传教育和精神卫生立法，建立预防精神病患者肇事的有效机制。【关键词】 精神医学；司法鉴定；凶杀案
Analysis of 294 cases of murder in forensic psychiatric expertise

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of 294 cases of murder in forensic psychiatric expertise. Methods The data involving in the cases of murder were analyzed retrospectively. Results 89.80% subjects suffered from various mental diseases, and schizophrenia, mental retardation, epilepsy and epilepsy associated mental disorders, personality disorders and depressive disorders were more. 74.15% subjects were middleaged and youth, 74.49% were farmers. 86.39% victims were the family members and acquaintances. Conclusion The effective mechanism to prevent the patients from causing troubles is to enhance the propaganda and education of mental health and strengthen the legislation of mental health. ......
