【摘要】 目的 探讨西酞普兰与氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的疗效与不良反应。 方法 将64例强迫症患者随机分为西酞普兰治疗组(研究组)和氯丙咪嗪治疗组(对照组)，各32例，疗程8w。分别与治疗前和治疗后采用Yale-Brown强迫量表、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。 结果 研究组Yale-Brown强迫量表减分率为49.7%，显效率为56.3%；对照组Yale-Brown强迫量表减分率为51.1%，显效率为53.1%，两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不良反应研究组较对照组少且轻微。 结论 西酞普兰与氯丙咪嗪对强迫症均有较好的疗效，但西酞普兰具有日服剂量小、给药简便、不良反应轻微等优点。【关键词】 西酞普兰；氯丙咪嗪；强迫症
A comparative study of citalopram and clomipramine in the treatment of obsessivecompulsive disorder

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and the side effects of citalopram and clomipramine in the treatment of obsessivecompulsive disorder(OCD). Methods 64 patients with OCD were randomly divided into two groups treated with citalopram and clomipramine respectively for 8 weeks. The efficacies were assessed with YaleBrown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (YBOCS), Hamilton Pating Scale for Depression(HAMD) and Hamilton Pating Scale for Anxiety(HAMA), the side effects with Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS) before and after treatment. Results The therapeutic efficacy in citalopram group was similar to that in the clomipramine(P>0.05).However the side effects of citalopram were milder than that of clomipramine. Conclusion The results indicate that both citalopram and clomipramine are effective in the treatment of OCD, but citalopram showed more convenient administration and small daily dosage and milder side effects. ......
