【摘要】 目的 考察平抑胶囊中姜黄素的最佳提取工艺。方法 通过正交试验，以姜黄素的含量和干膏收率为指标，考察醇浓度、加醇量、提取时间对提取效果的影响。结果 平抑胶囊中姜黄素的最佳提取工艺为用90%乙醇10倍加热回流提取2次，每次1.5h。结论 最佳工艺稳定，提取率高。
