[摘要]目的: 分析我院抗感染药物的使用情况，评价其应用的合理性。 方法: 随即抽取4d处方，计算其处方使用率，利用DDDs分析方法对2005年我院抗感染药物进行统计分析，评价使用的合理性。 结果: 抗感染药物销售金额占全部药品销售金额的55.73%;处方使用率50.66%，其中两联使用率60.61%，三联使用率2.38%;青霉素类占抗感染药物DDDs44.76%，头孢菌素类占抗感染药物DDDs25.88%，大环内酯类占抗感染药物DDDs6.72%，抗病毒类占抗感染药物DDDs12.89%。 结论: 抗感染药物使用种类符合小儿生理、病理特点，处方使用率稍大于《江苏省医院抗感染药物使用管理规范》要求。
