    摘要 目的 评估APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中患者预后的价值。方法选择我院神经内、外科住院患者348例，分为死亡组和生存组，对其APACHEⅡ评分进行比较，并通过ROC曲线加以证实。结果 死亡组和生存组的APACHEⅡ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，随着APACHEⅡ评分的升高，病死率亦呈现上升趋势。结论 APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中患者的预后评估是可行的。
