【摘 要】 目的 探讨后牙纵折保存治疗的理想方法。 方法 对60颗纵折后牙立即复位环扎固定，经降颌，完善根管治疗后全冠修复，对就诊时间、根管治疗期间临时冠保护进行分析。 结果 54例成功，6例失败拔除，成功率为90%。治疗成功率与就诊时间、根管治疗期间临时冠保护有关。 结论 纵折后牙经早期固定，完善根管治疗可有效保存，并发挥正常咀嚼功能。
