【摘要】 目的 观察凯时(Lipo PGE1)对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN) 的治疗作用。方法 选择确诊的2型糖尿病并周围神经病变患者80例，随机分为凯时治疗组44例，葛根素治疗组36例。观察两组治疗前后症状改善情况并用肌电图测神经传导速度。结果 两组用药后自觉症状及神经传导速度均有所改善，凯时组明显优于葛根素组(P<0.05)。结论 凯时组治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果优于葛根素组，可作为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较为理想的药物之一。
