[摘要]目的: 观察西诺非和鹿瓜多肽分别辅助治疗小儿骨折的临床疗效。 方法: 150例骨折患儿随机分为三组，每组各50例，对照组常规治疗，在对照组常规治疗基础上治疗Ⅰ组加用西诺非10mg.d、治疗Ⅱ组加用鹿瓜多肽4mg.d，疗程8d。 结果: 治疗组骨折临床愈合时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组之间比较差异无统计学意义，未见明显不良反应。 结论: 西诺非和鹿瓜多肽辅助治疗小儿骨折均安全有效。
