【摘要】 目的 确定芩菊清解胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法 采用正交实验法，以黄芩苷含量为指标，以水提醇沉为提取精制方法，考察各影响因素。结果 加20倍的水量，煎煮2次，每次各1.5h，合并滤液，并浓缩至比重为1.0g/ml，加95%的乙醇，沉淀18h。结论 该工艺稳定可行。
