腹腔镜手术诊疗特殊部位异位妊娠的价值

【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜早期诊断与治疗特殊部位异位妊娠的价值。方法：回顾分析2003年7月至2005年10月经腹腔镜手术治疗的特殊部位异位妊娠41例的临床资料，包括输卵管间质部妊娠23例，宫角妊娠9例，卵巢妊娠4例，腹腔妊娠2例，残角子宫妊娠1例，子宫肌壁间妊娠1例，输卵管残端妊娠1例。结果：41例均经腹腔镜手术完成。手术时间20～80min,平均45min，术后28d内血βhCG降至正常。结论：腹腔镜用于特殊部位异位妊娠，可早期作出诊断，且手术安全、可行。【关键词】 妊娠，异位；腹腔镜
The value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and therapy of rare ectopic pregnancy

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of rare ectopic pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 41 patients with rare ectopic pregnancy including 23 interstitial pregnancy,9 cornual pregnancy,4 ovarian pregnancy,2 abdominal pregnancy,1 deformity uterogestation,1 intramural pregnancy,and 1 nub of fallopian tube pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Laparoscopy was performed on all 41 cases in 2080 minutes,and then 28 days later,the βhCG decreased to normal.Conclusions:Laparoscopy is safe and feasible for diagnosing and treating rare ectopic pregnancy. ......
