【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜、胆道镜联合微创行保留胆囊切除息肉或取出结石手术的可行性及临床应用价值。方法：总结23例适合采用腹腔镜和胆道镜联合微创保胆手术的临床资料。结果：23例患者的治疗均取得了满意的效果。结论：部分胆囊结石和胆囊息肉患者胆囊还有良好的功能，对此类患者行保留胆囊的微创手术，既减小了创伤，避免了胆囊切除后遗留的潜在影响,又可满足当代人的社会心理要求,提高患者的生活质量。【关键词】 腹腔镜；胆道镜；保留胆囊

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in gallbladder sparing surgery for patients with cholelithiasis or gallbladder polyp and fine gallbladder function.Methods:The data of 23 patients receiving gallbladder sparing surgeries by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the patients got satisfactory corative effect.Conclusions:For patients with cholelithiasis or gallbladder polyp and fine gallbladder function,the gallbladder sparing surgery through laparoscopy and choledochoscopy meets the social psychological requirements of modern people and improves their life quality. ......
