【摘要】目的:探讨大鼠腹部开放伤后海水浸泡的胃黏膜中氨基己糖和磷脂的改变。方法:32只SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组和腹腔浸泡伤1h、2h、3h 4组,分别取相应大鼠的胃黏膜,采用化学比色法和改良抗坏血酸法测定胃黏膜中氨基己糖和磷脂含量。结果:与正常组大鼠相比,腹腔浸泡伤组大鼠胃黏膜氨基己糖和磷脂随着浸泡时间的延长而进行性减低(P<0.05),并在3h时达最低。结论:海水浸泡伤是一损伤性因素,通过减低胃黏膜中氨基己糖和磷脂含量而损害腹腔浸泡伤的大鼠胃黏膜屏障。【关键词】海水·腹部损伤·胃粘膜·氨基己糖·磷脂类·大鼠,Spragedawley

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To explore the changes of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion.Methods:Thirtytwo rats were randomly divided into four groups(normal control group,celiac seawaterimmersing trauma stress 1,2,3h groups).The amount of hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats were detected by both chemochromometric and modified chemical methods.Results:Compared with normal rats,both hexosamine and phospholipids in gastric mucosa of rats under celiac seawaterimmersing trauma are progressively decreased(P0.05),especially in stress 3h group.Conclusion:Seawater immersing trauma is a harmful factor,it deteriorates gastric mucosal barrier in rats with open abdominal trauma after seawater immersion through lowering the content of hexosamine and phospholipids. ......
