     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜下胃间质瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析12例腹腔镜下胃间质瘤切除术的手术方式，术中处理原则以及术后相关指标。结果：12例手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间2h，平均出血量100ml，术后平均排气时间44h，平均住院7d。结论：腹腔镜下胃间质瘤切除术患者创伤小，康复快，值得推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic resection in the treatment of gastric stromal tumors.Methods:The surgical approach,intraoperative treatment and the operationrelated indexes were retrospectively analyzed in 12 cases.Results:All the tumors were successfully resected.The mean operation time was 90 minutes,and the mean intraoperative bleeding was 50ml.The average postoperative flatus and feces time and postoperative hospitalization were 44 hours and 7 days.Conclusions:Laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor is a technically simple,safe and effective procedure that is worthy being generalized. ......
