【摘要】 本文对性传播疾病(STD)高危人群成为STD主要的传染源和传播途径的国内研究进展进行综述。目前STD在人群中的患病率为67.64/10万，在STD高危人群中患病率为5.00%~62.80%。了解一个地区STD高危人群中性病的流行情况可以从一个方面反映该地区STD的流行情况，为医疗机构和决策机关制定STD的防治对策提供流行病学资料。

    【Abstract】 This article summarized the domestic research progress of sexually transmitted disease(STD) among high dangerous population which became the main infectious source and transmitting way of STD.At present the rate of STD among the population is 67.64 per 100 thousand and 5.00~62.80 percent among the high dangerous population.To understand the epidemic of STD among high dangerous population in an area can reflect the epidemic of STD in that area from an aspect and can provide epidemic materials for the medical institution and policy-making body to make prevention and cure countermeasures.
