自体皮肤修补静脉的实验研究

【摘要】目的：观察自体皮肤用于静脉修补的效果。方法：10只兔在全麻下手术，用兔耳皮肤修补颈外静脉；4个月后解剖，观察血管通畅情况，血管腔面是否光滑，并行病理检查。结果：自体皮肤修补的静脉均通畅，血管腔面光滑，有半透明的膜样组织覆盖移植物表面，病理检查提示血管内皮化发生，但局部均形成了皮脂腺囊肿。结论：自体皮肤修补静脉可取得很好的血管通畅效果，可产生血管内皮化，需进一步研究以解决皮脂腺囊肿这一问题。【关键词】静脉·皮肤·血管外科手术
The experimental study of vein repair with autogenous skin grafts

【ABSTRACT】Objective:To research if autogenous skin grafts can be used to repair veins.Methods:Ten rabbits were operated under general anesthesia with the autogenous skin grafts sutured to the external jugular veins.4 months later after operation,the veins were anatomized to observe their patency and their inner surfaces and pathological examinations were made.Results:All the veins which were repaired with autogenous skin grafts were patent.The inner surfaces of the skin grafts were smooth.There were semitransparent membranes covering the grafts.Pathological examination revealed that endothelialization had happened on the inner surfaces of the grafts.However sebaceous cysts formed at the skin grafts in all rabbits.Conclusion:The veins which were repaired with the autogenous skin grafts had good patency and the endothelialization had happened on the inner surfaces of the grafts.Further study should be made to avoid the formation of sebaceous cysts. ......
