腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术8例报告

     【摘要】 目的：探讨经腹腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术的临床应用价值。方法：回顾分析8例患者的临床资料。结果：8例患者全部治愈,无中转手术，手术时间20～43min，平均28min，无并发症发生，住院3～6d，随访最长2年，最短半年，囊肿无复发。结论：经腹腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶引流术具有创伤小，视野清晰,手术时间短，术后患者疼痛轻、康复快、住院时间短等优点，值得临床应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and drainage.Methods:The clinical data of eight cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Eight cases were performed successfully,no case was converted to laparotomy,the operation time ranged from 20 to 43 minutes,the mean operative time was 28 minutes,no complication occured.The hospitalization ranged from 3 to 6 days.The followup ranged from 6 months to 2 years and there was no recurrence.Conclusions:Laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing and drainage has many advantages such as less injury,clear operative visualization,shoter operative time,less pain after operation,quicker recovery and shorter hospitalization. ......
