    [摘要] 目的：评价云南白药胶囊在脊髓型颈椎病颈后路手术的围手术期应用的价值和安全性。方法：采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照临床研究。符合入选标准的197例患者随机接受云南白药胶囊500mg或安慰剂治疗，每日4次，共5天。比较两组患者的术中失血量和术后引流量，并对安全性进行评估。结果：云南白药组术中失血量350.12±190.23ml，安慰剂组术中失血量443.87±266.00ml (P<0.05)。术后引流量及服药后的不良反应两组间无差异。结论：口服云南白药胶囊可以明显减少脊髓型颈椎病颈后路手术中的失血量，安全有效。

    The effect of Yunnan Baiyao on perioperative bleeding of the patients undergoing cervical open-door laminoplasty :A multi-center randomized double-blind placebo-control trial /PAN Shengfa,SUN Yu,JIN Dadi

    [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the effect of Yunnan Baiyao on perioperative bleeding of the patients undergoing cervical open-door laminoplasty.Method:A randomized double-blind placebo-control trial was conducted. 197 patients were enrolled and randomly divided Yunnan Baiyao group (500mg three times daily for 5 days) or placebo group. The amount of intraoperative and postoperative bleeding were compared, and the side effect of Yunnan Baiyao was also analyzed. Result: Statistical analysis showed that the amount of intraoperative bleeding were 350.12±190.23ml and 443.87±266.00ml in Yunnan Baiyao and placebo group ,respectively . (P<0.05), and there were no statistical different in the amount of postoperative bleeding and the side effects between the two groups. Conclusion: Yunnan Baiyao is effective and safe on reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding of cervical open-door laminoplasty. ......
