     [摘要] 目的：探讨头颈部缺损应用胸大肌皮瓣修复的方法。方法：回顾性分析1996年5月至2004年5月收治的采用胸大肌皮瓣修复的头颈部缺损病例的临床资料。结果：无手术死亡，术后胸大肌皮瓣均成活，达到预期效果。结论：对于头颈部缺损，胸大肌皮瓣修复是一种比较理想的方法。

    Pectoralis Major Musculocutaneous Flap for Reconstruction in the Head and Neck Defect

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the method of recomtruction for the defect in the head and neck.Methods The clinical data of reconstruction for head and neck defect with pectomlis major musculocutaneous flap from May 1996 to May 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Noperioperative death occurred.Where is no necrosis of pectoralis major musculocu taneous flap after operation.Conclusion It is a considerable method to use the pectomlis major mus culocutaneous flap for.
