Effects of the Hospital Management Year on medical quality management in hospital

    Abstract OBJECTIVE To observe the level of medical quality management before and during the Hospital Managemant Year in our hospital.METHODS Our hospital carried out casual inspection every quarter in the last two years.And then the author comprehensively analysed and compared the casual inspection quality of clinic medicine and nursing work in the last two years.RESULTS The average percentages of each item in the Hospital Management Year was higher than those in nonª²Hospital Management Year.CONCLUSION The medical quality is the foundation of survival and development for the hospital.After the Hospital Managemant Year,our hospital will continuously perfect qualityª²control management system for medical quality,which will significantly improve our hospital quality of clinic medicine and nursing work. ......
