302例肺结核患者药物副作用临床分析

[摘 要] 目的：了解抗结核药物副作用的发生情况。方法：对2000年至2005年住院肺结核患者924例进行临床分析。结果：抗结核药物副作用302例(32.7%)，以肝损害、位听神经损害、血液学异常及胃肠反应为主(82.1%)，因副作用致终止治疗率14.6%。77%的副作用出现于给药的2个月内，血液学异常的50%以上在用药的3个月后出现。结论：抗结核药物引起的副作用常见，分布较广，应引起临床工作者高度重视。[关键词] 抗结核药物；副作用；临床分析
Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases Tuberculosis Patients Drug Side Reaction

Abstract： Objective To illustrate the side effects of antituberculous agents. Methods The clinincal data of pulmonary tuberculosis patients during 2000 to 2005 were analyzed. Results Various side effects resulting from antituberculous agents were confirmed in 302 cases (32.7%),liver injury,acoustic nerve injury, blood system injury, gastrointestinal response of them were primary (82.1%).Stopped treatment rate was 14.6%.77% in side effects occurred within 2 months after administration, but the blood system injury occurred after 3 months. Conclusion The side effects of antituberculous agents were common and extensive in distribution, clinical doctors must think highly of the matter. ......
